路加所著的耶稣传记——不义管家的比喻 耶稣又对门徒说，有一个财主的管家。别人向他主人告他浪费主人的财物。 (16:1) 主人叫他来，对他说，我听见你这事怎么样呢？把你所经管的交代明白。因你不能再作我的管家。 (16:2) 那管家心里说，主人辞我，不用我再作管家，我将来作什么？锄地呢？无力。讨饭呢？怕羞。 (16:3) 我知道怎么行，好叫人在我不作管家之后，接我到他们家里去。 (16:4) 于是把欠他主人债的，一个一个地叫了来，问头一个说，你欠我主人多少。 (16:5) 他说，一百篓油。每篓约五十斤管家说，拿你的账快坐下写五十。 (16:6) 又问一个说，你欠多少。他说，一百石麦子。管家说，拿你的账写八十。 (16:7) 主人就夸奖这不义的管家作事聪明。因为今世之子，在世事之上，较比光明之子，更加聪明。 (16:8) 我又告诉你们，要借着那不义的钱财，结交朋友。到了钱财无用的时候，他们可以接你们到永存的帐幕里去。 (16:9) 人在最小的事上忠心，在大事上也忠心。在最小的事上不义，在大事上也不义。 (16:10) 倘若你们在不义的钱财上不忠心，谁还把那真实的钱财托付你们呢？ (16:11) 倘若你们在别人的东西上不忠心，谁还把你们自己的东西给你们呢？ (16:12) 一个仆人不能事奉两个主。不是恶这个爱那个，就是重这个轻那个。你们不能又事奉神，又事奉玛门。 (16:13) 法利赛人是贪爱钱财的，他们听见这一切话，就嗤笑耶稣。 (16:14) 耶稣对他们说，你们是在人面前自称为义的。你们的心，神却知道。因为人所尊贵的是神看为可憎恶的。 (16:15) 路加 16:1-15

The Parable of the Shrewd Manager
He also said to his disciples, "There was a certain rich man who had a manager. An accusation was made to him that this man was wasting his possessions. He called him, and said to him, 'What is this that I hear about you? Give an accounting of your management, for you can no longer be manager.' "The manager said within himself, 'What will I do, seeing that my lord is taking away the management position from me? I don't have strength to dig. I am ashamed to beg. I know what I will do, so that when I am removed from management, they may receive me into their houses.' Calling each one of his lord's debtors to him, he said to the first, 'How much do you owe to my lord?' He said, 'A hundred batos of oil.' He said to him, 'Take your bill, and sit down quickly and write fifty.' Then said he to another, 'How much do you owe?' He said, 'A hundred cors of wheat.' He said to him, 'Take your bill, and write eighty.' "His lord commended the dishonest manager because he had done wisely, for the children of this world are, in their own generation, wiser than the children of the light. I tell you, make for yourselves friends by means of unrighteous mammon, so that when you fail, they may receive you into the eternal tents. He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. He who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much. If therefore you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? If you have not been faithful in that which is another's, who will give you that which is your own? No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to one, and despise the other. You aren't able to serve God and mammon." The Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they scoffed at him. He said to them, "You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is exalted among men is an abomination in the sight of God. Luke 16:1-15
