Faith
The definition of faith is "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1"  No room for doubt there here.  It is our faith in God thru Jesus that brings about action.  We have the potential faith within us but need to know how to release it.

Critical level of faith
On a scale from -10 to 0 to +10. We could put a person`s faith. A person who doesn`t believe in Jesus is -10. A person who believes without a doubt is +10. A person who`s unsure would be 0. Therefore, it seems that if a person has an very small bit of faith, such as level 1, then that`s enough for God to heal them? ''I.e. Luke 8:48'' Well, actually it`s unclear if that`s enough. Maybe Jesus requires them to be +4. But then again +4 might be the point when they actually come to Jesus. Bit confusing, but a little exploration nonetheless.

Rebuking X, means X = sin?
Unsure. Mark 4:29-40. Jesus rebuked wind & sea. Therefore, wind and sea are evil things? No. Because thinking about it, when Peter said something to Jesus, Jesus responding by rebuking Peter and saying stand behind me Satan. Wind and Sea were misbehaving/taunting/threatening disciples. And that is why they were rebuked. Right?

What happens when a `mountain` doesn`t move?
The natural verdict from reading Mark 11:22-24 is that the person praying has: 1. doubted , 2. not had sufficient belief that God would do the request. Dangerous! Especially if not read whilst looking at other parts of scripture, such as when Jesus said God doesn`t give people things that are bad for them, even if people ask for them. That underlines the power rests in God`s hand and not ours. God is not a genie giving us 3 wishes. He is the one we have a relationship with.

"Have faith in God. Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it shall be granted him. Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they shall be granted you." ( Mark 11:22-24)

"He rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Hush, be still." And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm. And He said to them, "Why are you so timid? How is it that you have no faith?" ( Mark 4:39-40)

Jesus said, "What do you want Me to do for you?" And the blind man said to Him, "Teacher, I want to regain my sight!" And Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your faith has made you well." And immediately he received his sight and began following Him on the road. ( Mark 10:51-52)

"Do not be afraid any longer, only believe." ( Mark 5:36)

Jesus speaks to a hemorrhaging woman: "Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace." ( Luke 8:48)
