Give a practical example of how being least would be seen as great in Jesus` view
i can think of the example of jesus himself.jesus is God`s only son , he had all the power of his father in him, he was able to raise the dead.he could have claimed all the wealth on this world , but he chose to humble himself and serve mankind in every way we can think of.Yet we know that at the end of his mission he would be sitting to the right side of God.

Give a practical example of how being least would be seen as great in Jesus` view
One example of being a least is a person without god before, for he is leaving in sinful life and full of temptations around him, but at the near end of his life, he turned to god and begging for mercy, this example was one of the criminal guilty of rubbing and hanging also on the cross at the right side of the lord Jesus Christ.

Two issues: 1) Who is greatest 2) Who can participate in great works. How are they related?
These ones are related in the fact that the greatest should be involved in doing somethings that are not supposed to be done by the least.

Two issues: 1) Who is greatest 2) Who can participate in great works. How are they related?
I suppose it might mean that everyone is eligible for both greatness and great works and you don`t have to be a religious leader to do them.

Who Will Be the Greatest

There arose an argument among them about which of them was the greatest. Jesus, perceiving the reasoning of their hearts, took a little child, and set him by his side, and said to them, "Whoever receives this little child in my name receives me. Whoever receives me receives him who sent me. For whoever is least among you all, this one will be great."
John answered, "Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we forbade him, because he doesn't follow with us."
Jesus said to him, "Don't forbid him, for he who is not against us is for us."
