About Me

Hello all, I am new to the state of Indiana and of Jesus Central. I am a devout Christian but I don't have friends where I can share stories of my faith and talk about the Bible, Jesus and God. I have a strong faith in our Lord. I live for Him. I worship and praise Him daily. I lived a very depressed life since 2003. I finally gave my depression to the Lord in Sep-Oct of 2008. I have been living in total inner peace since. I have given all of my worries to the Lord. He knows my heart and knows my needs and provides them for me. No matter what I go through in life, I know that Jesus is there right next to me. He will not forsake me or any of us for that matter. Put all your trust in the Lord no matter what issues you have. Make Him the number one priority in your life and He will give the best gift ever. Happiness. He died for our sins so that we can live with Him in His Kingdom. I would love to meet all of you in that Kingdom when Jesus comes to rapture His church. I pray that God blesses each and everyone of you in this group. And I want to thank Windy Holtkamp for obeying God in setting this up so that we can interact with each other and get to know our Lord more and fellowship with Him.

GETTING TO KNOW JESUS

I FELL THAT THE MORE WE GET TO KNOW JESUS, NOT JUST THE WORKS BUT HIM, HOW HE CRIED FOR JERSALEM, AND WEEPED FOR LAZ. THE WORD SAYS THAT IN PSALMS THE LORD HAS OUR TEARS IN HIS BOTTLE, WOW WHAT LOVE IS THAT FOR HIS SHEEP. US

ONE EXPERINCE I HAD, I FEEL SO FAR FROM THE LORD, AND DID SO WRONG HOW COULD I WAS A CHRISITAN. I FELT SO GULILTY , AND TORN IN MY SOUL. YET EVERY NITE, WHEN I WENT TO BED THE LORD WOULD SAY IN MY MIND, I LOVE YOU. I WOULD SAY NO WAY POSSIBLE, HOW COULD YOU. THIS HAPPEND TO  ME FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS I COULDNT TAKE IT. I FINALLY SAID LORD REALLY IF YOU FOGIVE ME, THEN LET MY FRIEND THAT LEAD ME TO YOU CALL ME, WE WERE AWAY FROM EACH OTHER FOR OVER YEAR. I MOVED THERE WAS NO WAY FOR HER TO FIND ME I HAD UNLISTED NUMBER, . IN MY PRAYER TO THE LORD I SAID OK, YOU LET HER CALL ME AND SHE MUST SAY WHATS WRONG . THE LORD WOULDNT LET ME ALONE TILL FOUND YOU . THEN I WOULD BELIVE HE WOULD FORGIVE ME FOR WHAT I DID . AFTER BEING A CHRISITAN. WELL ONE WEEK WENT BY , AND I GOT A CALL MY HUBBY ANS. PHONE. HE SAID ITS FOR ME , IT WAS HER . THE FIRST WORDS OUT OF HER MOUTH WAS. OK WHATS UP THE LORD WOULDNT LET ME ALONE TILL I FOUND YOU. . OH MY GOSH, I FEEL TO MY KNEES IN AWE. I KNOW HES REAL ALIVE AND CARES,

 

OUR PURPOSE IS TO TELL OTHERS, ABOUT HIM, AND TELL THEM HOW MUCH HE LOVES THEM , THATS THE PURPOSE,

TO TELL THEM HE DIED FOR THEM AND LOVES THEM,

PRAISE THE LORD AT ALL TIMES.

Hello I am new
Hello to the group.  I am new to Jesus Central.  I was drawn to this group because I have daily struggle with my faith.  I know and believe that God loves me and that he has a plan for me.  I am always questioning what my purpose is here, what is God's plan for me.  I struggle with turning my worries over to God.  I so badly want to strengthen my faith and grow with Jesus.  Sometimes I feel like I am at a stand still.  Even though I know there is still so much for me to learn about God.
