Why didn`t the elders want the true story of Jesus` resurrection to get out? The elders could not allow the trueth to come out because the elders was showing the multitude that there right in what they do.so there were afraid the trueth to be out so that the peaple may not undestand there weakness.

Why is the Resurrection of Jesus a source of hope for people, even today? Because it proved everything that jesus teaching was true that he died for us and forgive our sins and gives us authority over the any situation and he conquered the death.
