Jesus got angry because the religious leaders didn't understand who he was & that God created the Sabbath for man not man for sabbath & worship him(God) on that day not beying controlled by the day.but the man to controll days plus sabbath.that's the reason Jesus got angry of the religious for beying controlled by the day.

When asked about a religious practice (fasting), why does Jesus describe how old and new may not be compatible? Jesus was giving them the meaning that for one to fast you have to confess your all your sins so as to free your heart from all the obstacles and not make the fasting like religious which was guided by them selves but the proper fasting is guided by the holyspirit. Ihave recieved same question from 8-9/July/09.
