Why are Jesus` followers called "children of light"? Like a light shining in a dark place, Jesus would point out the way to His believers/followers, and they follow the way as he is the light, the way, the life and the truth. If they walk in His light, they would become "sons of the light", revealing the truth and pointing people to God. As Christians, we are to be Christ's light bearers, letting his light shine through us.

Why did Jesus choose such a humble entrance (riding on a donkey) when He came into Jerusalem? Jesus was fulfilling the scriptures as it had been written.
