If neither Herod nor Pilate found anything worthy of death to convict Jesus of then why was he sentenced to death? Because of the Jews pressure and envy of the authorities among the Roman and Jews leaders as He had gained a fast support from the people. But all in all this was a divine manipulation to make the death possible for the fulfilment of human liberation.
