Why did Jesus ask his followers to pray for laborers instead of praying for a greater harvest? Labourers were need to take the good news of salvation to the four corners of the world, so the good news was to be preached first before the harvesting took place.

Why did Jesus say, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God"? Jesus meant that we should put first the Kingdom of God and let the worldly or unbelievers to burry the unbelivers.
