When one asks for forgiveness from God,God forgives him and hence one will keep in line with what God needs from him. He or she will not sin/repeat the same kind of tresspass again,as he will be happy for having been forgiven and therefore one will develop  too much love for God.

However,according to Jesus, God's forgiveness is motivated by love ,this is also right,because when one sins,and he or she turns completely  to his God ,asks for forgiveness,loves his God completely with all his heart,then this will motivate God to forgive him or her.

Jesus answered them, "Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith, and don't doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it would be done. All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive

JESUS WAS TEACHING THEM THE NEED TO BE FRUITFULL IN THE MISSION OF GOSPLE,ALSO THE NEED TO HAVE UNDIVIDED FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD.
