Yes HE does because when HE came on earth He lowered HIM self to the level of being born in a crawl.

Most of HIS ministry was bassed in the lower people.

They are valuable because HE is not respect of person.

yes He does.they are very valuable to Him because they need help and in most cases they are hurting. so  thats why He gives special attention to them. We are also called upon to help the lowly people so that they'll know there's a God who cares and loves them too!
