What did you learn about Jesus` background that stands out or surprises you? God is personal and relates to man as aperson and ameans of communication is hi word. john tell us Jesus christ, the true word of God, existed as "the word" right in the beging.The word become flash (john 1:14) God speak to man & reveled himself to man in alanguage all could understand, the language of human life. John 1:18 puts things very crealy: "No one has ever seen God; so no human description of him can be relied upon. 'But God the only son, who is at the father's side, has made him known"
