Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable? It is true that Jesus belive lowly people are valuable.Jesus show the value of lowly inthe sumon of mountain when he said blessed are poor in spirit for theirs are kingdom of God. jesus also valued the lowly in the story of Nicodemus who went to him during the night and asked him "what shall I do to inherit the Kingdom of heaven?" Jesus answered him." do you keep the commandment?" Nicodemus answered" I do." Jesus told him, " Go and sell all your possesion and give it to poor." Nicodemus went away very sad. Jesus believe lowly people are valuable that is why he died for us. we had nothing to pay for the broken relationship between us and God.
