Why were the chief priests and scribes angry, what was it that Jesus said? They were angry because what Jesus was relating in the parable was actually priest and scribe were doing, and they realised that Jesus was meaning them.

Why were the chief priests and scribes angry, what was it that Jesus said? JESUS REMINDED THEM OF THE PROPHETS AND JESUS BEING SON OF GOD THEY DID NOT WANT TO ACCEPT HIM TOO.
