And the price of this love is so little love him back with all your heart and mind. For if you love him then you will do what he tells you. What more can I ask for except let his love be sufficient for me. According to Jesus to be loved by God is doing the God's will and by so doing you get the love of God. Doing what is righteous, keep the word of the Lord hence this will save us from eternal fire. We will be God's children Why did Jesus tell the rich man to sell all his possessions before coming to follow Him? He told him to sell because some of this things will pull him back or make him backslide in the holy journey, because the way is not an easy, it needs alots of dedication and faith
