Why is it signficant that Jesus fulfilled what was predicted hundreds of years before? Note: Mark refers to the old Scriptures from the Prophet Isaiah (chapter 53) "He poured out his soul unto death, And He was numbered with the transgressors, And he bore the sins of many." Isaiah 53 contains many more matches to events in Jesus` life.

IT WAS SIGNIFICANT SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD RELATE WITH THE PROPHECY,AND THAT PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THAT THE SALVATION HAS COME TO THEM.

What was Jesus feeling and thinking while he was mocked and humiliated in front of others? Recall Jesus` own teachings (Matt 5:11), "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven."

Thou humiliated Jesus knew that the scriptures , the word of God had to be fulfilled .I think Jesus we upset but strong inside because read matt 5.11
