What i learnt about Jesus background that stands out or surprises me. Am amazed by what obedience to the law meant. I cant believe that the king could order for a massacre and nobody could stand up and oppose such an order. Its like there were people whose life was more important than that of others. Just imagine the scenario-going round killing young boys just because the king has ordered. It implies that being alive was at the mercy of the rulers.
