Why was it important for Jesus to go through a time of temptation? First Jesus went into fasing so that he could seek for God's annointing before He could begin His Ministry,second Jesus wanted to show man that the devil is real and is waiting for every opportunity to tempt man,and last but not least Jesus wanted to prove that He is The son of God who conquered temptation.and that has God's children we too can conquer temptation

Why was it important for Jesus to go through a time of temptation? It was important coz it was a lesson to us saved christians to make us strong in times of our temptation and for our Lord it was make the devil a looser.
