Repenting is turning away from sinning and committing oneself to God's way of life. It is a promise from God that when we leave our sinful way, he is ready to count us amongst the righteous. There are three ways of living, Ezekiel 6:11, for those who live in evil - war, famine and disease. How can there be love in such an environment?

When God forgive us means there will be harmony, provission and good health. These are incredients of love. Therefore, forgiveness also make us more focused to heavenly ideas rather than those issues that bring friction amongst ourselves.
