Why did Jesus forgive the man`s sins first, and heal afterward?

There is a verse in Romans that says "I am not ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God to save. In the gospel a righteousness is revealed from God, a righteousness that is by faith, from first to last, just as it is written the righteous shall live by faith. The faith we are talking about is that Jesus died for our sins. And just seeing what the man went thru to get to Jesus believing he could heal him showed he had faith in Jesus to heal so Jesus forgave him for all his previous sins and assured him of salvation.

How does Simon Peter feel about himself, and how does Jesus change that?

He feels a sinner and didnt deserve Jesus' visit in the boat and recognises that Jesus is Lord. Jesus changes that by telling him that he's gonna be fishing men.LIVE!!!!!!!
