Jesus is teaching us using this parable that the Almighty God, the Father and maker of the universe, is a God of provision. That often we may be tempted to be selfish with what He has freely provided to us, not even sharing it out with others leave alone those He has sent to get from us His share of the fruits of His provision but even go to extents of harasing, beating and even killing and casting them  out.

 May God forgive us for this hedious sin and teach us to share and also use His provision wisely.
