Why did Jesus take just Peter, James and John with Him to witness his transfiguration? Jesus took the three because he knew they won't say what the saw before he is risen. They are very good friends too.

How did the woman`s words and action show her faith? This woman was focused and convinced beyond any doubt that only Jesus had a solution for her problem and nothing else not even Jesus response on her qualification could deter her or sway her from the belief. One needs to be extreemly humble to achieve that state.
