Why is giving in secret more to be commended that giving where people can see it? Because whatever command comming from God must be spiritually handled as God is spirit. Therefore whatever you do you do it for glorifying the Lord and not people. When you do something secretly you do it spiritually and God who is in secret will see it. And not people because He tells us He is jealous.
