All these purposes were cardinally accomplished by our lord saviour, had it been by Gods power that he stayed longer than his earhtly life time, he could have added more purpose on his c.v than the ones listed.

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

Jesus came to give his life as a ransom for mankind, thus he had to be not only holy but also human, to experience physical and emotional pain.
