The religious leaders assembled a court to judge Jesus. Jesus answered only one charge made against him, and also gave evidence to prove the charge. What was the charge and for what was Jesus determined guilty?

All along Jesus had remained quiet because the chief priests and the whole council sought witnesses against Jesus to put him to death, and found none. Many gave false testimony against him, and their testimony didn't agree with each other. So Jesus could not answer to falsehood against him.

The only charge He was deemed guility in the eyes of the high priests was blasphemy. When He answered in affirmative to the high priest's question "Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?" and Jesus answered, "I AM.

He gave further evidence that You will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of the sky."

To this the high priest tore his clothes, and judged Jesus to have comitted blasphemy and  therefore guility and they all condemned him to be worthy of death

What do you think Jesus was feeling at the point of his arrest?
  • Jesus was feeling let down by His men
  • Jesus still felt compassion for the people such that when the priest's servant was cut off he put it back

What perspective did Jesus have, that may have reduced his personal interest in getting married? Note: Nothing in the four primary biographies discuss Jesus being married.
the perspective Jesus had was that in heaven there is only time to praise & worship God. and we are all breatheren in christ. besides when we die we leave the physical body behind we only enter into the spiritual world.
