How does one, in our current day eat the flesh of Jesus and drink His blood?

I see some deeper meaning here, beyond just holy communion, which is a rite of remembrance of the bread and blood of Jesus Christ. To me, the bread of life is believing in Christ himself alone, and allowing him to fully be one's lord and master. Consume Jesus. Internalise him, and you will never be the same. You will daily be transformed into his own likeness, and therefore to eternal life. As for the blood of Jesus Christ, it was shed so that I might be pardoned of my sin, deliverwed from bondage, protected, washed into his array - making me a child of God- all this through his suffering and death on the cross. I understand it to mean that I ought to crucify my human nature daily, carry my cross daily, ie, suffer for righteousness daily, and allow his blood to purify and cover me daily. That's how I eat the flesh of Jesus, and drink his blood daily.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

He values them very much as in Luke 1:1 tells us not to do good to only people we think we will have immediate repayments its advisable that we do good to all people ,lame,blind,crippled,for they don't have any means to repay but our heavenly father will pay at the time of resurrection and it will be even more valuable than we think

He ate with them, healed them, and preached to them the word of the heavenly father. He knew they were his father creatures, or sons and daughters of God.
