What is meant by the "end of the age" in Luke 21:5-38?

The second Coming of Christ will establish the Kingdom of God on earth, comprising of Angels and saints who worship and obey God, and will do away with the present evil systems which are powered by satan, and are disobedient to God. Satan, with his fallen angels, and all people who have been led astray to worship him, will be destroyed, and that would mark the end of the present age, which started with Lucifer rebelling in heaven, and deceiving Eve to disobey God.

Jesus said "...watch out that you don`t get led astray...", What did Jesus mean by this?

A warning by encouraging the elect of God to keep on course in the Faith in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ foresaw all that will occur in the last days, but He wants us as his chosen to successfully go through all those trials and tribulations, and to present ourselves before him upright and without any blemish on the day of the Lord. Human beings would try easy means and ways by corrupting even the Gospel of salvation, but Christ reminds us that His Gospel shall remain as it is. The False apostasy will be doomed as gold is tested in fire. Stand firm brethrens, the Victory is ours in Jesus' name.

Answer for yourself "Whose Son Is the Christ?"

The Christ of God. He is the annointed son of God, who on his own free will was incarnated in human form for a while, with flesh and blood, but later died and ressurrected in a heavenly form of body when he ascended back to heaven.
