How will we recognize Jesus when He comes again?

This second coming of the son of man, in the clouds of the sky, remains mysterious to me. First, there will be signs on the earth of great tribulation. Then there will be great signs in the celestial bodies: moon, stars and sun. Then the false prophets on earth will begin to do their things, but Jesus shall come from the sky, not from on earth. Meeting with Jesus in the sky after the angels gather the chosen elect, would imply a transformation into the spiritual, from the biological substance of humanity. Therefore, to recognise Jesus coming, we ought to be filled with, and rejuvenated by the Holy spirit, otherwise we, in the carnal body will not recognise The son of God coming in great glory and power. Amen.

Why is religious hypocrisy so offensive to Jesus?

Jesus was offended by the hypocrisy of the Pharisees. What they said was not what they did. When they showed any good deed, it was to seek Men`s approval, not God`s. They sought earthly rewards, like being called Honorables, sitting at high tables, etc. The Hypocrites would miss Eternal life in heaven, and yet this was the essence of Jesus` ministry, and would also block others from attaining eternity, by their hypocrisy. They loved alter gifts and gold, at the expense of Justice, mercy, faith and law. The hypocrites look white from outside, but are filled with filth from the inside. To crown it all, they resisted, opposed, and killed the righteous messangers of God-the prophets. Religious Hypocrisy is so offensive to Jesus because, apart from the hypocrites themselves going to hell, they also lead the others to do the same. Hypocrisy is spiritual blindness. Jesus taught his disciples to be humble, lowly, servant, and obedient to the one true God the father, and the one master - Jesus the Christ.

How is it that the Christ is descended from David, and yet David still calls Him Lord?

Christ was born from the City of Bavid, ie, Bethlehem, into a family of David and descendants. Biologically both Joseph and Mary were descendants of David. Prophetically, The Christ would be a King of the order of David, who not only conquered all the jewish enemies, but set himself a capital of Jerusalem. David tore flesh from bears and lions with bare hand, and of course dont forget the great Goliath who was slain by David. The spirit of the Lord was on David, right from the annointing bySamuel. God revealed Himself to David in mysterious ways, so the divine revelation of Jesus, many generations before his appearance, was the direct stimuli of the Holy Spirit. The Lordship of God the Father, the son, and the Holy spirit, were already at full play in David.
