There is completely no suffering that can equal what he went through. All in all he was our saviour from all our sins, Define "Salvation" ? Note how Zachariah (the father of John the Baptist) praises God for fulfilling an old promise (oath/covenant) that "we...should serve him (God) without fear, In holiness and righteousness before him all the days of our life." Salvation is being set free to do the right thing
