Since Luke was researching for a high government official, "Most Excellent Theophilis", how many eyewitnesses (and who) do you think Luke interviewed before writing his report?

how many, I am not sure to be able to answer but probably a lot. what is kown for sure is that he was inspired by the Holy Spirit when doing his job as a writer.it's one of the question we can ask when we meet Jesus again at His second coming.

Joseph from the town of Arimathaea was a wealthy Jewish religious leader. What risk did he take and why was he willing to do this? Note: Isaiah 53:9 - "And they made His grave with the wicked, But with the rich at His death."

he took the risk of being rejected and even killed by his fellow people but he was willing to do this because it is said that in his heart he was looking for the Kingdom of God.without knowing what he did he fulfilled the prophecy of the old testament because he made it a priority to seek first the Kingdom of God.

Why did Jesus cry out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?" Note: This is a direct quote from the Jewish Scripture, Psalm 22:1.

the context in which Jesus uttered those phrases is a context of ultimate suffering. as a human being, Jesus felt really forsaken and close to death since Jesus was fully human so He understood the only help He can expect is from God.what a lesson for us, in times of trouble whom are we calling to?
