Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable? Yes, sure. Jesus believes lowly people are valuable.
He said , it is not healthy who need a doctor but the sick, he has not come to call righteous, but sinners, therefore he blessed are the poor in spirit , the son of the man come to seek and save what was lost ,
And encourage us to invite the poor when we give a banquet and we will be blessed
And he teaches us to say `we are unworthy servant, we have only done our duty
How valuable?
He blesses the little children, because he has hidden these things from wise and learned
He said, if anyone wants to be first he must be the very last, and servant of all
He blessed are the poor in spirit

According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God? To be loved by God it`s mean that God loves me that he lay down his life for me to save my life, i did not choose him , but he chooses me first.
Because God is love, he sent his only son to pay my debt and clean me up and make me whole. and his greatest command is this love each others as he has loved us. and who loves him , he will be loved by his father
The Holy Spirit, whom the father will sent in his name, will teach us all the things and remind us everything, he has said to us
God`s love and grace are free, but it is not cheap, it is equal all my life
