101 entries for this category: The Father the son and the Holy Spirit is one God. Together they form the Divine Trinity. Joseph of Arimathaea risked his life to see Pilate for Jesus' body for burial; because he believed Jesus is the Son of God. Also he was looking forward to the Kingdom of God. And to fulfill God’s prophecy in Isaiah 53:9 - "And they made His grave with the wicked, But with the rich at His death." I think Jesus was going on the way of the cross doing what he came here on earth for. He was fulfilling all what was written about him that the Son of man he was to be humiliated, mocked, tortured, persecuted and crucified for our salvation. In the cross he said it is completed and forgave all that were hurting him. Who is the Holy Spirit?

What was Jesus feeling and thinking while he was mocked and humiliated in front of others? Recall Jesus` own teachings (Matt 5:11), "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven."
