It means that not all who may be attending churches and crusades in our daily lives will be saved in the last day but all who have faith.
Jesus was talking in relationship to his death and resurrection where all those who know him for miracles but did not have faith will not be spared for being there as only followers but not faithful.

Jesus small beginnings grew to have a major effect. What seemingly small things in your life can grow over time to have a big effect? I see my faith though little like a mustard seed and the yeast will one day grow into a big one to use to help others. Amen.
