Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers?

Praying in public is showing to people only,but you are not intend to be appreciate by people,you pray God in order to receive His mercy and power that can solve your specific situation you are facing,but people cannot give you power or solving any one of your problem. Only God can do that,and if it is God alone,then why we pray God in public place,what things are we going to receive from them,we are pray different person (God),what attracting us by showing up to them?Yes God Has right to say secret place is better than public place,why we have to put pray in aright position,public is not the one who will contribute to our pray that will give us results.Only God can do whatever we wish from Him.
