Why did Herod try to kill Jesus?

Herod was eager to kill Jesus is because the scriptures has to be fulfilled; the prophecy about Jesus Christ; the massiah.Secondly;Herod feared assuming that Jesus might overthrown him in the future.He did to protect his power; he scared about losing his position as the king.

Why do you think Jesus chose to appear to the disciples in this way?

Yes it because He wanted disciples to filled with wonders and glorifying God the way He appeared with unexpected environment, of which Jesus fulfilled their vision of getting more fish,at the sometime,Jesus shown the miraculous to them,by caught multitude of fish,the same today that Jesus who was appeared can appear to us, today,and fulfill our vision we have, like the way He fulfilled the fishsment's vision, the determination of catch of more fish,the multitude of works will be successful in our time,we need Jesus Christ to appear in our church construction budget, to bless us with money,so that we can complete church building here in Bor.SOUTH SUDAN.
