What is Jesus trying to teach with this parable? Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews.
Jesus is teaching the Jews that the Lord will give away the salvation to other nations which are welcoming the servants and son of God.

What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was.

The blind man knew Jesus would come from the lineage of King David as he might have heard from the scriptures the Jews used to read in the synagogues, temples etc.

Bartimaeus son of Timaesu acknowledged the power of healing the Messiah has in all the prophecies of the prophets and prophetesses of Israel, and he wanted to be given the sight which is also stated he would give sight to the blind in the book of Isaiah.
