Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."?

Jesus meant that he came like a servant for everybody on earth. To serve rather than to be served.

What qualities of a child increases one`s ability to receive spiritually? How might you increase some of these qualities?

The qualities of love, truth telling, innocence, obedience of children make Jesus portrays the entrance to Kingdom of Heaven. I may increase such qualities by trying to practise in my day today life.
