Jesus leadership style differs from others in that He was among the people-whereas most leaders are removed from their followers, choosing instead to life in hidhly guided seclusions. Secondly, Jesus was serving the people, whereas most leaders want to be served themselves by the people they lead.

The end of the age refers to the end of mans rule on Earth. After the rule of man Jesus will take over rulership of Earth. A new Jerusalem will be brought from Heaven and God will stay with the faithful ones on Earth
