5712 entries for this category: There is a link because Jesus wants us to be intimate with Him. Intimacy is being very close to someone, and that is what Jesus wants. John 14v21 says "He who keeps My commandments loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father and I will love him. And show Myself to him. This means when you are obedient Jesus will love you as well as His Father. Obeying Him is a sign of love and by showing His love to you He will show Himself to you. How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?" a "New" commandment?

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss? I am not sure what to talk about with Him. I would ask him about His life and how can evil be stopped. I would ask him how he felt whilst sacrificing his life for us. Talk about a better future. I am not really sure if i would talk , i think i will be speechless. Just having him dining with me would mean a lot.
