Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?
It is really true that JESUS believe that lowly people are valuable in the sense that they are also the creature of GOD. God created each us by his own image whether one is young, poor, rich, sinner but he/she is valuable to him. So JESUS does not want us to discriminate those who we believe are sinners or those who are lower than us just as how the Pharisees imagined other people as sinners and not valuable. Jesus showed that we are equal and valuable to GOD through his association with anybody else regardless of appearance or how rich or poor one is. This is why he could invite the poor, young and those who were famous of bad acts who most of the time are regarded as lowly people or not valuable. All in all, we are all valuable to God as JESUS want us to be be a sinner, poor, young or rich.

Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes, Jesus believe that lowly people are valuable. Let us take an an example of a widow who put in a cent into the treasury whilst many were making large contributions into the treasury.  Jesus called His disciples and said to them, "Truly I say to you this poor widow put in more than all the all the contributors to the treasury. (Mark 12:41-43).

Jesus saw that the poor widow used her last cents to contribute, and did this from her heart. Unlike the many people who were doing it to baost how rich they were. Now the widow's offering is important to God because she did it with a pure heart and with good intentions. Therefore she is more valuable than others.

Another example is when Jesus was eating with sinners.  The pharisees gumbled saying, "This man receives sinners and eats with them." (Luke 15"1-2). Jesus believes that sinners are more valuable because they need a leader to show them the way. when they grumbled Jesus said it is not those who are in good health who need a doctor but the ill.

Did Jesus feel he had performed enough miracles (signs) to convince the people to follow or listen to Jesus?

Jesus knew the hearts of the people - that no other miracle could convince them than what they had already seen
