Hint: The vineyard (where grapes are grown) is Israel; The farmer is God; the servants are the prophets who were sent by God; the son is Jesus; and the tenants are religious leaders of the Jews. He was trying to imply that he was the son of God sent by the father but because of jealousy the chief priest will also kill him. He was also trying to tell them that if the dont look after God's people properly and do not receive his prophets God will take away the kingdom and give it to the gentiles. The Jews were the chosen people but since they rejected and kill Jesus God will chose some else to look after his people and they will face judgement.
