What did he mean by the statement, "For who ever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel will save it"? Jesus ment that those that deny Jesus and the gospel and choose the way of this world or turning away from God and the gospel in time of trials and tribulation thinking they have saved their lives will actually loose them as they will spend eternity in hell. But those who give up their live by living their families and believing in God even during trials and tribulation or even die for the gospel will receive eternal life. They had no regard for their own live but to save other and so God gives them life instead of death.

HE THAT HIDE AND TURN HIS BACK ON JESUS AND DENIE JESUS WILL DIE IN HELL. BUT THAT PEOPLE THE TOLD THE WORLD ABOUT JESUS AND LIFE WITH LOVE WILL GO TO HEAVEN.
