How did the disciples There fear, was changed to joy, though they were having fear of Jesus, for they were wondering want kind of person He was who could calm the storm. They started fearing Jesus as a more Holy person than they thought He was. It was believed amongest them that only God can do might works through the prophets. Now here God did not say anything but Jesus who always had fellowship with the Father did according to the will of the Father.

How did the disciples before the storm, they feared that they would drown, after JESUS calmed the storm, they fear was more about who JESUS was that HE had control over even the weather!
