Why is it so important to God that we forgive others when they sin against us? The Bible says we must do unto others what you would have them do unto us. Most of us want to be forgiven so we must also be willing to forgive them. This is very important to God because he has forgiven us and so he expects us to show the same curtissy to others. It also teaches us to have compassion for others which is what God wants us to have.
