HE was sentenced to death because the romans would have had a riot on there hands, the jewish elders and leaders wanted JESUS dead. Why do you think Jesus did not speak to Herod nor answer Pilate? i think the reason JESUS did not defend himself, is because HE knew whatever HE said would not be believed and the the jewish elders wanted HIM dead no matter what.

How does the statement: "The Guards Mock Jesus" make you feel? It makes me 2 feel pain that people continue to sin while jesus suffered for their sin it also revive me 2 know that by that mocking my sin were washed away
