Yes, Jesus believes everybody is valuable.  I also believe everybody is valuable, you can hang around different type of characters, but be sure that you're influential (be the leader not a follower, teach them the gospel). This is possible if you ask the holy spirit to be active, then everything will go well and you will be the soul winner to the kingdom of GOD, whom all things are possible through Him. Have faith in Jesus he wil give you a bigger picture, beyond every human thinking, you will be victorious in all cases.
