As commanded by Jesus, the lawyer will do likewise the good Samaritan who felt compassion on the half dead man. The lawyer will feel mercy and bound the wound , pour oil as well as wine and then take care of the half dead man at the same time the lawyer will pay off all the expenses incured to those who will take care of the dead man in his absence. By doing all these things, the lawyer will have the assurance of having internal life.

Why did Jesus ask his followers to pray for laborers instead of praying for a greater harvest? Jesus told the followers to pray for the laborers because many people were following Him but few were pontencial leaders. Jesus is calling for laborers even today who can take up the cross and lead the believers into the kingdom of God. I also agree that believers should pray for leadership because God gives His vision to the Church through leaders.

Why did Jesus say, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God"? Jesus' desire is that His follwers should preach about the kingdom of God. Our fathers or families should not disturb us from following Jesus. All the believer should be focused on Jesus' call. Jesus is teaching that the unbeliver who does not desire to believe should be left - which means that the Journey to follow Jesus should not be mixed with sinners. Brothers and Sisters let us forget about the past and follow Jesus. Amen!!!!
