Why is this old man Simeon so excited to meet this baby Jesus?

Simeon felt excited because the revelation to him has come to reality at the same time, God has fulfilled His revelation that he will not die until he sees the lord Jesus Christ. He was excited because he has now seen the salvation of all nations with his naked eyes thereby telling God to take him for the time he was waiting for has been fulfilled. Simeon was excited to bless Jesus Christ. Amen!!!!

What was Mary feeling in her heart after she heard the report from shepherd about many singing angels?

Mary was filled with great joy that the Savior , who is Christ the lord will be born in the city of David through her. She felt happy and praised God within her heart after the Shephere witnesse about the baby. There was joy in the city of David.

What was Mary feeling right before Jesus´ birth? Note: She is described here as an unwed pregnant woman, who was forced to travel away from her family, only to deliver her baby in a barn?

I belive Mary's felling was gladness and joy that the promised son will born at the place God wanted. Even thought some people could descourage her , she did not feel lonelyness or negrected knowing that her pregnant was by the power of the Holy Spirit. Mary dedicated her whole life to the fulfillment of what God spoke through the angel Gabriel. Amen!!!!
