By this l mean that if God loves you it is unconditional whether you are a sinner or not because what God loves is the world and he gave his son for it. Jesus also examplified that kind of love God have the agape love "while we were yet sinners Christ died for us".We are loved by God because we believe in his only begotten Son. Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment? When he (jesus ) closely looked into the problems of mankind he felt that the best solution that would end all problems was LOVE. This was why he stressed that people should love one another (new commandment). Powerful weapon.
