587 entries for this category: If the world hates those who testify that its works are evil, why didn`t Jesus deemphasize this portion of His message? Jesus' time was not yet. He did not want to die a premature death. Jesus knew His mission and His massage was to let the desciples take their time and that they should live Him alone because Jesus' time is not fulfiled. Jesus' mission was to die for the sins of mankind but at the appropriate time.

What was there about Jesus` message caused so many of His disciples to turn away? Lack of faith and the unbelieving hearts caused many desciples of Christ to turn back. The desciples who turned back did not understand that Jesus was speaking enternal life to them. It seems that the devil blinded them not to see the light of God in their midst. The unbelieving spirit caused the other desciples to stumble.

How does one, in our current day eat the flesh of Jesus and drink His blood? We can eat the flesh of Jesus by believing in Him at the same time accepting Jesus Christ as our lord and saviour. Furthermore, we can eat the flesh by the Holy communion by braking of bread (body of Christ)of enternal life and wine (blood of Jesus) in order to overcome thirty. This is done as a rememberance of the suffering and death of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ. One can also eat the flesh of Jesus by meditating on the word of God (the Bible). In addition , one can eat the flesh of Jesus by doing the deeds og the kingdom of God thus reghteousness, peace and Joy (Romans 14 Vs 17).
